Gotta love those three day weekends! In honor of Presidents Day... We made sure to celebrate with some fun adventures.
We did a little bowling...
Spent as much time as possible outside! And even managed to get some yard work done. :)
And then we had a little lunch at 5th Street, where we made some wishes in the fountain...
Then made our way to Bounce Gymnastics to bounce around, run around and swing around!
And to end our holiday weekend with a big bang... We made home made sushi with Kyle and Emmy. It was de-lish! :)
We had way too much fun!
Life is still busy for us. Swimming lessons are in full swing... And our kiddos are loving it!!!
We have lots more to share... But that'll have to wait until next time.
In no particular order (cause that's just how iPhone photos roll) here's pictures from our latest happenings...

Our Valentines Day Extravaganza!
After our four little munchkins were all settled in their beds, I spent the night before primping and preparing for the next mornings Heart Day Celebration. If you know me well, you know I celebrate everything! And I will find any excuse to make goodies and spoil my kiddos in any way I can. :)
So while Daddy finished paperwork (a never-ending chore for Sp Ed teachers) I hopped from one area to another placing flowers, gifts and goodie mailboxes in their assigned spots, then put the finishing touches on our valentine cupcakes.
I surprised the kiddos with a healthy helping of belgian waffles topped with sweet strawberries and a heavy topping of whip cream! Oh it was so good. Now you know why I will find any excuse to celebrate! :)
After breakfast, getting dressed and brushing teeth... I know what you're thinking... you made them do all of that before you let them open their gifts? Yes, I did! It was motivation to get things done fast!!! And boy, did they skip to it! I had them sit down to capture a few photos and gave them their gifts!
So they opened their gifts... tissue paper was flying everywhere.... littlest man may or may not have had a little taste of tissue paper... :) one shall never know... I also broke some normal rules and let them bask in their sweet temptations and let them enjoy not one, but two candies and one cupcake! It was just the start to their fun-filled, sugar-high day! It just goes with the territory of Valentines day!
After dropping sisters off at school, I took lil Man to Daddy's school so he could spend the afternoon there with him, while Littlest man and I went back to sisters school to volunteer and help out with their Valentines Classroom Party. I ended up surprising them early while they were at recess... it was awesome! I just love when I can catch them off-guard and surprise them! The party was fun and they had fun decorating cookies and exchanging valentines with their classmates.
The fun didn't stop after school... right afterwards we headed over to their friend Steen's house where we had another fun valentines party. They decorated more valentines cookies and played outside with quite a few of their friends from class. Steen's mom totally rocks! We love her! What a beautiful day it was too!
We ended our day with a yummy bbq chicken cobb salad (I made the bbq chicken in my slow cooker, will share the recipe soon!) Then, Daddy and I exchanged gifts :) and we attended swim lessons!!! What a busy but fun day!
Happy Heart Day!!!

Lil Fisherman
I'm totally trying to play catch up here, since I'm way behind in the blog world. But that's what happens when life gets so busy! And that's exactly where we're at right now!
So, in an effort to document what's been happening... Here's a little catch up of our trip to the Sportsman show.
We have three lil fisherman... Who all caught their very own trout!! Lil man needed help from Daddy... But big sisters caught their trout ALL on their OWN! A very proud moment for their fishing enthusiast Daddy. :)
