Photo Shoot with Daddy

During our recent trip to Sunriver... we brought our handy dandy 35 mm camera, with the intention of snapping some awesome pics of Mary Jo's vacation escape...

(yup, I'm still working on her website, so more on her awesome digs, coming soon!)

... and we did, but we also snapped some super charming pics of our many small kiddos. Actually, Daddy was the photographer. I was the spectator. It was precious. It was unrehearsed. And it turned out, STUPENDOUS.

I am so pleased with the candid shots of our little kiddos. They now adorn our walls at home and have updated many picture frames that were calling out for new pictures of precious faces.

This photo shoot was by no means, professional. But pure spontaneous. But honestly... I think spontaneous pictures are the best. They're candid. True. Angelic.

Sunriver.

Our home away from home.

We had a much needed and much appreciated vacation in Sunriver this past week. It was 7 days of rest, relaxation, exploring, adventure and nothing but fun, fun, fun! Our family really needed this after such a busy summer. We feel so rejuvenated! But, the truth is, we didn't want to come home!

We stayed in our friend, Mary Jo's cozy two story river front home! Its spectacular. I'll share more information about her home soon, right here! We are actually designing her website... So stay tuned for more on that later!

Fun at the Fair 2012

The big kiddos rode just about every kiddie ride... Even Bro got to this year! He loved it so much each time, we had to convince him to get off of the ride so that we could move on to the next!

What I didn't get a picture of, because the ride is just too fast for my iPhone... Was the three big kids and Daddy riding the scrambler! Oh yes! They LOVED it! And exclaimed right afterwards... "I want to do that AGAIN AGAIN AND AGAIN! Did you see how fast we went Mama?" Ohhhh yes, I sure did. Not sure I have any finger nails left. But hey. My kids had fun! And I had fun watching them!!!

Cause this post will take a bit. We've been up to a whole lot of fun!

Here's the rundown. We've been to two weddings within two weeks. Had Fun at Honeyman Park, twice! Attended the IP annual picnic. Our Garden growing is gone wild... Our zucchinis are as big as our youngest! :) Had a blast at the NICU reunion. And enjoyed an evening at the Scandinavian Festival.
