It's October!

Wow! Last month really flew by. And this month? Well, I think it's going to fly by as well.

We have been so, so busy. Where has the time gone?

The girls are LOVING school, LOVING their teacher (Mrs. Thompson) and LOVING all of their friends that they have made. I think they are pretty much friends with every single kiddo in their class. :) Kindergarten is so much fun. I just love this age and time of our life. It has been so much fun to watch my sweet girls learn and do so much. They are such BIG girls. We are so very proud of them. They are so, so smart.

Our boys are just doing amazing too. Lil man does "homework" every night with the girls. And whatever letter, number or shape we are working on for that particular evening, he automatically repeats and recognizes. He just amazes us. He is beyond his years. And is so hilarious too. He's smart and witty at the same time. Life with him is definitely a treat!  And our littlest man... is just the SWEETEST thing! He's very active, yet very mellow. He loves his jumper and bouncer and especially loves to watch big sisters and big brother run around and play close to him. He loves to watch them, and observes them very closely. He's always smiling. He likes to roll around on the floor and when he's on his tummy... he likes to pull his knees up... he seems to gearing up for some crawling action soon!

Daddy is busy getting into the groove of his new school. He loves his students and is trying hard to adapt to a new team of colleagues. (It hasn't been easy). But, some changes never are easy. He's got so much mercy and grace. Growth and leadership are definitely on his side and we are excited to see the wonderful adventures that await him in his career. He's also busy coaching Varsity football this season. It's a lot of work, but he has done a stellar job balancing everything to accommodate family time.

And me. Well, I'm just busy being me. A wifey. A mommy. A chauffeur. A chef. A housekeeper. A referree (for you know those times, my sweet kiddos don't get a long. good times.) A coach. A teacher. An organizer and planner. A supporter. I'm sure I have about 60,000 other titles for what I do every single day. But I love it. I'm exhausted by the end of the day. But I love it. I love the business or chaos. Call it what you will. I love it. We love it. And we are enjoying this season of our life.  

Welcome Fall!

What's up next? Well... we're gearing up for our first school field trip to the pumpkin patch! Costume making! Trick or Treating! And so, so, so much more!
