New.

New adventures are on our horizon.

Where will it take us?

To new places. On a new journey.

We will be DIYing, rebuilding, refurbishing, redecorating, replanting, remembering all that we have learned together during the past 12 years and refreshing our family with something NEW!

We're bursting at the seams... excited beyond repair!

Stay tuned...

More to come!

The Loves of Our Lives
What fills this Mommy's heart, you ask? Let me count the ways...

One... two... three... four!

My heart is four times fuller now than it ever could've imagined it could be. It's bursting at the seams. It's insanely full. It overflows with the gratitude for the love that's uniquely ours. And only ours. To watch and hear my four kiddos play together is something extraordinary. It's one of the most wonderful gifts on this earth. I live to watch them grow, thrive, live, love, experience, explore, play and care for each other and for others.

And the love that I have for their Daddy... that's a whole other level of love, altogether. It's a love like no other. To be cherished by him is one of the most wonderful gifts in my life. He is my best friend. My absolute everything. He truly is as wonderful as he seems and as handsome as he looks on the outside as he does on the inside. I am one lucky gal. And if I've said it before... I'll scream it till the end!

12 years of Valentine's together!

They are everything to us!

Breakfast party... check! Family movie date...check! Enjoying this beautiful winter sun, outside, at the park... check! Our Valentine's Day did not involve fancy dining, concert going or traveling to exotic locations... it involved six family members who love each other wholeheartedly... enjoying each others company... very low key... but full of fun and so much love!  It's like a tornado of love, people. :)

Heart sammies for a lunchbox surprise!

One of my favorite pieces are these adorable heart shaped plates... thank you, Michaels!

Such fun to find out what goodies & gifts unfold!

A new twist on heart pancakes!

It's always football time for our little man, Bro! Love him!

These girlies... steal our hearts!

Our littlest Rye Man... joy of our hearts!

Thirty Two

This is the year I turned 32.
My munchkins and I… happy Mama
My Hubs and I have celebrated 12 years of birthdays together. (Including the year we started dating). And after celebrating 12 years of birthdays together I still get flowers from him (please, don't ever stop) I still get birthday themed wrapped gifts, not Christmas themed wrapped gifts (a mandatory obligation my Mom started when I was born that my Hubs has taken very seriously for the last 12 years. So sweet.) Every year my crew (Hubs & munchkins) never cease to amaze me. And every year I opt and plead to keep my birthday short and sweet. And every year, it's inevitable, I never get my way. Ever.

This year they made me breakfast in bed. Although the "in bed" part didn't quite pan out as they had planned, because yours truly didn't follow the rules and got out of bed. Oops. But it was still wonderful and yummy and so very thoughtful. They adorned me with homemade birthday cards from each of them. I cried. Just as I do every year. They each gave me special gifts they helped pick out or made themselves. Again, I cried.

Ho! Ho! Ho! from the munchkins
We went shopping and walked around my favorite shopping center, enjoyed lunch, had a impromptu photo shoot and ended my birthday day with a dinner with family and friends at my munchkin's restaurant pick, the "Red Crab" (aka: Red Lobster).

Hubs and I. 12 years of celebrating birthdays together.
It was a wonderful birthday. The most wonderful part of it all is the people who I share this life with. Who I call family. They are the ones that make days like birthdays, wonderful.

Cheers to Thirty Two!
